their phone number from one of the staff she was in contact with and we rang last night and with much difficulty booked (I think)got two deluxe rooms as that was all they had left. So hopefully we are in....I mentioned should we now email to confirm and he said no no no too confusing then we double book?? It is so difficult sometimes with the communication....
