I think your children are the perfect age for staying at the Bali Dynasty at Tuban.
They have a kids pool with a decent water slide into it and lots of other activities for children. Waterbom Park (water slides) is not far away. I am sure they would like that too. You could go to Nusa Lembongan for a few days (there are no cars there). Its very quiet there. Somewhere in Ubud for a couple of days would be nice too, for a more rural aspect of Bali.
