We lived n a one bedroom villa at Kumpul Kumpul 2 for 8 months a couple of years ago, while my husband was working there. It is cheaper by the month. We have stayed there for short peiods since, but hve found it cheaper to pay for a month. If we are only there for three weeks, we let our local friends stay there for the extra week. We didn't have any complaints. The cleaning was a bit slap dash, but, as long as I didn't have to do it it was good enough for me. We found the staff friendly, honest and helpful.
