Hi Stubbie, There are several bike tours with C.Bali at Lake Batur, Bali Bike and several others.Just google and you will find these. We have been on the Quad tour with Bali Quad and no license is required. Our 1st timr that we went they told us our 12 year old could ride by his self which he did with no problems.
