We did the cooking class today. Booked through Cafe Wayan and were picked up by their driver to take us to the village behind the Monkey Forest. So an open kitchen in the middle of ricefields! We did traditional Balinese and the Chef of Cafe Wayan was our teacher :) We did lesson 6:Balinese Chicken salad, Sate Lilit (wow great), Sayur urap, Pepes Ikan, fried bananas RP 350.000,-- p.p. for 2 hours, after this you eat the meal you cooked. It was great, very authentic!
