yes stayed here last year and also a friend stayed recently. That is their terms that you must pay in full. Had no problems whatsoever with their payment site...seems safe...great hotel...sorry don't know where Medewi Bay is or the transport there.
Keep all emails and receipts for your booking so if there is any discrepencies you have your proof...
