I asked a similar question last month if you check the archives you will see the many!!! different answers....as we arrive the 4th March we needed to book accom, I even had replies from places that couldn't tell us whether nyepi was 5th March or 4th April!!! So after reading opinions on three different forums and checking heaps of "official sites"! I am still none the wiser!!! Just have to wait I guess!! Deb :)
