We went to Gilli T in June. We had taken a local ferry to Lombok - which took 6 hours. We spent a few days in Lombok and the went from there to Gilli (same route if you fly to lombok). I would not recomend the local boats from Lombok to Gilli for someone that is 6 months pregnant. We only took a back pack each and had to sit with it on our knee. The trip over was ok, but coming back the little boat was very overcrowded, and it was quite rough. I can honestly say I have never been so scared. That said Gilli T was wonderful.
