There are always a lot of questions on here regarding travel insurance.We traveled to bali in may and we were suposed to be there for 4 weeks but we recived a phone call after being in bali a week to tell us that my wifes mother had passed away.We made arangements and we flew out the same night.I let the insurance company know but it wasnt until weeks later that i phone them again and told them that i wanted to make a claim.They were so helpful and we couldnt have asked for better service they paid for our flight home which was much more expensive than the flight we were suposed to take they also paid for accomadation that we had paid for.
The insurance company was 1 cover and with our experiance we will be using them again and we would recomend them
