hi, last year during our holiday was trying to find someone to cast some ravioli moulds for us(long story) asked hotel staff, shops that had any sort of metal/mechanical workshops attached...no one seems to do this sort of stuff there...there just doesn't seem to be an "industrial " industry in Bali,I gather Java would be the place but I came home without the moulds made...ant
