Hadn't even heard of the one in Mas.
We walked past the one in Ubud last week and lingered out the front watching what was going on inside and maybe considering popping back the next day.
There were some tables and chairs towards the front of the restaurant and you could sit on the floor with a table (Japanese style) towards the back and looked very busy.
We were watching them cut up what looked like a fair few pigs and there was a huge pile of pork on the work bench with a couple of ladies up to their elbows sorting through the meat.
Problem is, one of the ladies pulled her hand out of the pile of pork, stuck her finger right up her nose, pulled out a nugget, flicked it away and continued to bury her hands back into the meat.
We were appalled as you could imagine and vowed never to go there.
