that they don't use the full page labels. But never been able to if your getting a VOA. I was told if you get VOA you have to go thru the foriegner lines to get the VOA label. They had no facility to print labels @ the local line. May have changed now if they are using stamp. This was still the case in March this year. If you get a visa prior to arrival then you have always been able to go thru the local line.
