Last year we stayed at Villa Baliana in Legian near Jayakata with 2 kids about the same age. Was perfest to be travelling with 2 young kids. Highly recommend and going back next year for 3 weeks. The website is www.villa-baliana.com
This youear going with 2 kids again ans staying at a different place called Villa Maya Legian www.villamayalegian.com. It was easy to book directly with the owner Tara and hope that it is as good as Villa Baliana.
2 Years ago stayed at apartment in Jayakata. IT was good but the villa is better. http://www.puketoki.com/

P.S. each time we have taken either my parents or my wifes parents with us which was a good help.
