We stayed in a villa which provided a cot with a mozzie net. I had a nanny during the day. It allowed me to still be with the girls but let us do things when they slept like go have lunch. I met our nanny a few trips ago so felt very comfortable leaving her with the kids. I must admit the holiday was not the same but not bad just different. The kids loved it.
