You have to go into NON MEMBER (once you in the MANAGE MY BOOKING SCREEN) then it takes you into another screen, put all your details in, e.g. booking number, dates travelling and email address, once you sign in you go into a different screen that gives you the options under "modify your booking", look in that box and it gives you option "update traveler details", here is where you can upgrade luggage and buy your meal, hope this helps. Lucky you leaving on Wednesday we still have 20 sleeps:)
