We always go with Cathay Pacific via HKG. It's one of the few connections that you don't have to overnight in another city before getting to Bali. Japan Airlines used to be a good option but they've cancelled their Tokyo-Bali flight. Where are you departing from? I've left my email open if you need any advise on Calgary.
