I would email them back and ask for Kahar the General manager...We always stay at this hotel 8 times now and are always very helpful...for the family rooms its 2 adults and 2 children 12 yrs and under is the policy.....if your children are older I would suggest you get 2 inter conecting superior rooms starting from room numbers 201 up too 211...they are on the first floor no stairs just a quick walk up the ramp from reception....Hope this helps.
