Hi there, stayed there in January. The family rooms are a little run down but not bad enough to move on. We had our own pool, an outside undercover lounge/dining area and kitchen. Not really enough room or all of us. The kitchen we only used to heat up the kettle for green tea, pretty dirty. Two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed and bathroom were on ground level but strangly the main bedroom down stairs had another bathroom off the bathroom and could be accessed from either the first bathroom, thru the bedroom or out the side of the villa but wasn't accessed from there often because it had insects and a mess outside the door. There was a spiral stair case that took you up to the 3rd bedroom which had 2 single beds and we had a 3rd single brought in because there were 7 of us. I think we paid about $300AUD for 6 nights for the lot of us. We had read up on the internet about this place before we left and we were told that 1 villa had a huge whole just before the doorway up the stairs and I had rung to say that I did not want this room, far too dangerous, we got this room but refused to stay there so they put us in another villa. We had problems with the air conditioner, first in upstairs bedroom but they explained that maintenance was not available till the next day so my 3 teenagers were put up in one of the hotel rooms for the night because the heat was unbearable. Next day all good, but during our 6 nights all 3 air conditioners took turns in breaking down but were fixed promptly. Would I stay there again, probably not but in saying that it did not spoil our holiday. We had stayed in a luxurious villa for the first 7 nights (Kuta Royal Villas, Tuban) and then Mara Safari after that which was also quite lovely, so got quite spoilt with the first 2. Also something to remember, we did have fridges in the 2 downstairs bedrooms and like all hotels had bottle water brought to the downstairs rooms every day. These were not complimentary and they charged a fortune for them. We only realised thise when we were checking out otherwise we would have brought our own on the street. Hoping this helps
