You might find the extra $20 was their convenience fee for paying by credit card. It's $10 ech passenger, each way. The only way to avoid this is to pay by direct debit.... pretty sure you can do this. I noticed this last week when we booked for New Year.... our 'convenience' fee was $80!!!!!
