and when we had a similar problem 2 years ago some members though it was a bit of a joke in a way but you dont know how people feel until you have been affected yourself.

My partner is allergic to them and I feel sorry for anyone that is,the bite marks on her became very large and lasted for 2 weeks after our return home, she couldnt go to work as she was covered from head to toe and we even had to throw away our luggage.

The small hotel that we stayed at didnt seem to care at the time but with persistence i managed to contact the Australian owner via email and eventually the problem was fixed.

I have stayed at the same hotel at least 4 times since, the last being only two weeks ago and we still joke about it with them,we can because they were sensible enough to fix the problem.

you should complain to La Walon as much as you can,if you get no favorable response then write a hotel review on trip advisor where it will get to a lot more people than here.

We stayed at La walon for a few nights 3 weeks ago in the new section, room 315 and there were no signs of bedbugs in that room.

We dont trust any hotel anymore and spend quite a bit of time looking for bedbug signs before we even take our luggage into a room.

I wasnt too impressed with La walon anyway so wont be back bugs or not.
