Just to offer the other side of the coin...after all it is a democracy we live in, my wife and I were through in 17 minutes ( timed from when we stepped off the plane) last Saturday...9pm
This was the quickest time ever in 7 visits for me, and 8 for my better half
However I am more than happy to see people part with good money that are "worried" , "anticipating" or even "duped" into believing that there are 'horrendous" queues.
It's even easier to worry people who are elderly, have elderly relatives or just plain "worried" themselves.
I'm sure there were heaps of people falling over themselves to relieve you of your money?
I trust your Mum thinks it's money well spent, that she has safe passage and a wonderful holiday
