are very rude and unfriendly. 9 of my friends just stayed there in 3 different rooms... 2 rooms went back to australia before the other one and when the last one checked out.. they tried to put the mini bar bill for both on hers. She refused to pay for it, the receptionist called her "stingy" and "fussy" in indonesian (i was there and speak indonesian). When she was back in Australia the other two rooms said they didn't touch ANYTHING from the mini bar cause they stocked up at carrefour on their first day.
I also saw them put 2 mattresses of the back of a van when they were checking in... i assumed bed bugs were present.
The staff in the restaurant are great, except when the manager is there, then you shouldn't expect a smile or eye contact from any of them! Makes it very difficult to order when they're standing there like soldiers!
