She is a local agent (Ari often answers the emails) We used them to book Inna Kuta in May and they were really good. They have changed their payment system, but they agreed to meeting us on arrival at the hotel where we paid cash.
Might be worth emailing them as they might know what's available locally. Good luck :-)
