i somewhat agree with what you are trying to say..... as a health professional i must disagree in some aspect and say it is definetley not a load of crap and it is not a myth.
HIV is transmitted in exactly the same way as Hepatitis B so the chances of either are there.
Granted, these days the chances are very very low however in some se-asian countries the whole "sterile" packaging is a myth.Its done for your eyes only.
Im certainly not saying this happens in Bali nor to the studios you go to but i certainly wouldnt dismiss it.
But yes the standards of hygiene in "some" of the studios are very high, but definetley not many.
