We were over there the last 2 weeks of July.
2 Weeks before we leave we start a course of B Complex every day, plus every day we are over there and a week after we return.
We also use Rid every evening, plus spray our room before going out at night and if staying in, use coils and citronella candles.
We didn't get bitten this year.
