Have you not noticed the way they underman immigration? have you not noticed that the staff they do have on the stamp are deliberately slow? It's so obvious it's rediculous.
It's not a "service" it's a ripoff and the more people that do it the worse it will get and the longer it will continue.
A great way to make a whole heap of money for doing nothing it's disgusting.
If people stopped using them the lines would be a lot shorter and everyone would be through in a decent amount of time because there would be no point in going slow.
So the only thing that pathetic is the dumbass people who perpetuate the problem by using these leaches.
