After actually using the service first hand.
There is a good possibility in my opinion that the operatives that meet you before immigration actually work for immigration in some way,even if they dont they are allowed in the arrivals hall beyond immigration so would have no problem finding out if you have actually passed through immigration off the flight you told them you would be on!
Not a problem you may think? maybe not but everyone fills out an arrivals card with where they are staying in Bali :)
