Is that CB Travel card?

I used Commonwealth last month in Malaysia. Not their travel card.
We used four different banks to make four different transactions, because there didn't seem to be a CB ATM in Penang, and we were charged bank fees of $8.42, $8.43, $8.44, and $2.00

If i'd stuck to my original idea of applying for a Wizard card:
"On the Wizard Clear Advantage MasterCard, there are no international ATM fees, no international over the counter transaction fees and no international transaction fees for when you make purchases

From what i've read online, travellers are saying the foreign exchange rate with Wizard is very good.
