The Bali Dynasty is in that range and although it's not as new as the holiday inn all the rooms have recently been renovated. They have a kids club, swim up pool bar, quite a few resturants on site, kiddy menus in all the restuarants - they have a range of rooms that you can view the layout on their website or you can get 2 interconnecting rooms.
Another option just a bit further towards the airport from the holiday inn is the Patra, they have a room called a deluxe room/suite which has a sofa bed that converts into a double bed for the kids with a sliding door dividing the living area from the bedroom. Also has pool bar and kids club, however the kids club is generally very quiet.
