I was on the website did my credit etc etc and then it went to the buzz buzz page....I then checked my account it had come out strait away but no confirmation about the booking I then checked the AA website again and the seats I had requested showed up as taken so I tried to call...Yep wait wait 2 hours and still no answers...I slept on it and checked my emails the following morning and my itinerary was there...so all was fine thank goodness.....Just be patient and hopefully with the large volume of traffic on the website you will be able to make your booking...Cheers Giselle.
