We didnt bother to even get on one.
We have used them many years ago on Bali and it was too nice not to walk everywhere anyway.
When we were ready to get on the boat to go back to Bali some of the new arrivals were being told 50,000 by the drivers which in my opinion is way over the top.
Scallywags is next door (just past) The Beach House so if you dont have too much luggage it would only be a 500m or a bit less walk.
By the time you got on a Cidomo to Scallywags it would be time to get off,i would save the ride for going around the Island as its a long walk in the heat, about 7km if you start at scallywags and end up back there. We walked it but wish we had got the Cidomo by the end as it took almost all day with all the Bintang stop offs
