I got back a couple of weeks ago and such a wonderful feeling when you are about to head off. These days there are mixed comments about traffic jams, corrupt and angry taxi drivers in Bali etc. I had a magic time in Bali like always and because of the traffic build ups more times than not we walked everywhere, from Legian (cnr Legian/Padma Street, stayed in Rama Gardens, Padma St, great location, great staff) all the way to Seminyak to Ultimo Restaurant and then back home again along the beach, via Ku de ta (2 places a must every thought extremely expensive) and back the other way towards Kuta and Tuban. We had great weather when we were there (July 18 - July 25 not neally long enought). About 25 everyday, low humidity so walking was great, slight breeze now and then. Have a wonderful time. Cheers
