Rama Sinta villa at Canggu?

Hi, I'm looking at booking a villa (for the first time) in Bali this October.

One of the places I'm currently looking at is the Rama Sinta villa in Canggu, but I can't find any information about it besides the sites advertisting it.

Can anyone shed any light? Any info greatly appreciated.
