I saw a mum the other day pushing her stroller with a little platform at the back for her toddler. I've never seen them before but just googled 'stroller platform' and 'buggy board' came up. Looks like the platform I saw. I would think that the less you have to lug around, the better. I would go a stroller over a pram any day. Considering you will be taxi-ing it a lot, where are you expecting to be needing the prams? They are hard work on the bumpy streets. My youngest was 3 when we first took him and he got around fine. We considered renting a stroller when we went over, but didn't need it after all. You are never too far from a taxi if they decide they've had enough - I certainly wasn't carrying a 3 year old around Kuta!! Good luck!
