It will come down to the copyright laws in Indonesia. I am a photographer in Perth and the Australian laws are murky enough! BAsically, if I take a photo in a public place, I can use it for advertising, however if I am commissioned to take photos eg portraits, then I am to get permission before I can use it. There are also parts of the copyright laws and intellectual property which support the opposite to both those positions!! You will also find that many schools, clubs etc require you to sign a disclaimer saying that you do or don't permit photos of your child being taken. This is actually nothing to do with the law, but just satisfies many parents concerns about other parents taking photos of their kids.
So, if the waters are this murky in Australia, I doubt you will find they are any tighter in Indonesia. I think you will find that any photos taken by Safari staff will be considered fine to use. If you contact them and ask that it not be used again, however, I don't see that they should object to it. However, it would likely be in the interest of customer service than any legal obligation.
