We used VIP to see what it was about.
Another gent who used a different VIP service to us was waiting for his Indonesian wife at luggage collect and she hadn't arrived by the time we left the airport.
I did notice two women on my flight who were in the Visor holders queue and they were walking to luggage collection point when we were walking out of the airport so in this instance pre arranged visor holders were getting through not quite as quick as VIP but a lot quicker than normal VOA passengers.
