as for the duration of your 30-Day VOA you may travel as often as you wish to any destination/s within Indonesia. Even if it was, there is no multiiple-entry tourist visa available anywhere which you may purchase either outside Indonesia or while you are there.
If however, you were leaving Bali for say, Singapore after only one day and returning the same evening, you would need to again purchase a US$25 30-Day VOA when you landed in Bali.
