we used VIP in May and it was great. We had not been to Bali for many years, we were met on arrival and quickly processed through. The only draw back was our rep didn't speak very good English which caused a bit of confusion. At the end of the day, we were in his country so perhaps we could do with learning some of their language! A service well worth every cent and will be used again.
