I've tried it 4 times and I won't go there again.
I don't mind a slow pace but a 1.30 hour wait for a sandwich and then a further 15 minutes for the drink that was ordered at the same time is not satisfactory.
There was no 'chatting' to customers and seemingly no interest at all in them from staff.
Too complacent and unprofessional in my view however wonderful the owner may be, it's a business and needs to run like one.
