I got back a couple of weeks ago and used Ratna Tailor on Jln Benesari, opposite Enhay's Restaurant. I got a high waisted skirt down with my own material, but he had plenty of material samples that your wife could choose from. He also did another skirt and shorts for me and was very reasonably priced.
