Blood tests

I am coming to Bali in September. I am taking Warfarin tablets and this involves regular blood tests.I have read previous questions about this topic and respondents gave the names of a medical centre-Quantum- that does this test.
If anybody has had a Warfarin blood test can you tell me

1.How long does it take to get the result?
2.How do you get the result eg phone call, wait around?
3.Are the doctors qualified to tell you what( new?) dosage you should be on?
