The Rock Bar is part of the Ayana Resort. It is right down the back of the resort and you get to it by an inclinator that travels about 14 metres down the rock face, or you can walk down lots and lots of steps. It is beautiful and well worth the visit. Prices are a bit on the high side for Bali but worth it for the ambience. When we went small beers were Rp55,000 and a Caipirosca cocktail Rp 105,000 and a Mannaberry Panna cocktail Rp120,000. We had these really yummy snacks called Crispy Taquitos that were mozzerella filled spring rolls and they were 4 for Rp50,000. If you Google it there are some great pics.
