My parents have stayed at the White Rose Hotel several times, last year they renovated at few blocks of rooms, I still think the White Rose is a great little central hotel, my parents have never had a problem with this hotel its always clean, well maintained property ect.. As a travel agent myself if you require a ground floor room you will need to book a deluxe room as they are the rooms situated on the ground floor level and standard rooms are located on levels 2 & 3. Hope that helps.
