Best way to book is via a tour travel agency located in Bali...Or have a look in the Bali Advertiser Newspaper (which is online) and look for tour travel agencies there and you can then contact them, they can get you a good deal. I've flown Merpati a couple of times to Lombok, and haven't had a problem. I don't like Nusa Trans as the planes are too small. Merpati land in the daytime. Or you can fly Garuda....Garuda land at night time in Lombok.
