Yes, there is a Ryoshi upstairs above Batan Waru at the front of Bali Gardens Hotel, half way between Dynasty and either Fukataro or Blue Fin [Amercian Japanese but American chef left years ago].
Ryoshi does traditional Japanese, their original Seminyak restaurant [moved recently to much larger premises next door] has been Bali's top budget priced Japanese for past 20 years. Also have outlets in Sanur, Ubud and the new Hypermart area at Kuta Graha.
check Balieats for details, I think they list them all but in any case all Ryoshi's have the same menu, and the very freshest sushi and sashimi.
But new at Dynasty [separate building at streetside] is Queens of India, a part of the Queens Tandoor chain. They offer some amazing Chinese-Indian fusion dishes from the wok, they are also worth trying!
