Postage help EMS has doubled?

Hi All
I get parcels sent from Bali to Australia on a regular bases. Just got an 11.5kg box ems and it cost me 1,585,000 rup all but $200AUD.This almost double what I would normally pay. Wondering if anyone nows cheper but still express (7 day) posatge option. Wondering if I should be trying DHL? has anyone used them or know their rates.
