Batavia Airlines

In Sundays paper their was an item saying Batavia was starting to fly Perth to Bali but can't find any info any where. Their web page confirms they will start from 26 August but no way to look at schedules, fares etc

The paper said fares to be under $100

Any one know anything about this airline and its proposed flights
