Yutz was the 3rd of his restaurants, Swiss chef Marcus was a magician with cheap basic mid European food. Lo's Warung in Dewa Sita was first then same name again in large site opposite to where Yutz is now. Double the size and you still had to queue for a table in the season. Some time last year he had a falling out with his Indo wife and was barred from his own restaurant...all in her name of course. So, unless they have had a 're-union', Yutz is carrying on with the staff training of Marcus but no Marcus.
