We first fell in love with these in Thailand and had them everyday for lunch off a beach seller.
So when I got home I put together what I thought was a similar recipe. Mix vegetable oil, salt and chili powder and brush onto fresh corn and bbq, turning regularly (don't cook on the solid hot plate... cook on the other one LoL) Everybody LOVES it. Enjoy :-)
