this year and asked for a ground floor room which I got. It was great,only a couple of steps to the pool but if you get the one near the stairs it can be a bit noisy early in morning as the staff congregate there for a chat. There are three floors and the top floor has a nice view but a bit of a hike. They don't guarantee a bottom floor room although the manager told me most of his requests are for the upper floors. Its a very nice hotel and the staff are great.
